Anne lives in Edinburgh and started to play the wire-strung harp in 2002 as the result of a birthday gift from her nephew. Anne is most interested in trying to put colour and emotion into what she plays - a huge "work in progress".

Eike changed to wire harp in 2006 after playing gut-strung harp for a couple of years. She now plays wire and bray, mainly scottish, medieval and modern tunes and combines her harp playing with story telling. She lives in Germany.

Suzanne began playing gut strung harp – pedal and lever – some years ago and now also plays wire and bray harps. She plays mainly Scottish and Welsh tunes, especially medieval and renaissance, and enjoys the music in the Robert ap Huw manuscript.

Willie first encountered the wire strung harp at an Edinburgh Harp Festival workshop at the Pleasance nearly ten years ago. A native of Aberdeenshire he spent many years in Islay, Skye, Lewis and Edinburgh but now lives in the Scottish Borders.
